Rubber masterbatch DPG-80 is used as a secondary accelerator with thiazoles and sulphenamides in NR and SBR compounds.

Characteristics
A proprietary pre-dispersed 80% Diphenyl guanidine in a 20% elastomeric /processing aids binder. (Elastomeric binder can be SBR or EPDM).

Applications
Rubber masterbatch DPG-80 is used as a secondary accelerator with thiazoles and sulphenamides in NR and SBR compounds. Exhibits better storage stability compared to thiuram and dithiocarbamates but is not so active.
